RICS Home Survey
Level 2

Also known as the HomeBuyer Report, is a mid-level property survey for conventional homes in reasonable condition.

The traffic light system evaluates property defects comprehensively, aiding both homebuyers and homeowners. It offers detailed yet affordable assessments, to ensure early issue detection for peace of mind.

RICS Home Survey
Level 3

Also known as the RICS Building Survey, offers a detailed property assessment for large, older, or modified properties.

A detailed description of the property's construction, condition, including identified defects and their severity. Potential problems arising from these defects, recommendations for repairs and maintenance and estimated costs and timescales.

Valuations

A RICS valuation, conducted by certified surveyors following the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (the "Red Book").

The valuation provides an accurate assessment of a property's market value and assistance with Help to Buy loan repayments, shared ownership, probate, inheritance tax, or determining the current market value – we're here for you.
