Also known as the HomeBuyer Report, is a mid-level property survey for conventional homes in reasonable condition.

Pre and Follow up Survey calls
We will contact you before the survey to address any concerns you may have, and then again after the inspection for a follow-up discussion to review the report together.

Gareth Dennis-Jones6/20/2026 - This firm was recommended to me by a neighbour two floors below me, whose flat they had valued six months earlier. They then valued mine, a higher floor in the same building, at around £35,000 less than my neighbour's, citing "market conditions." Yet my neighbour's flat sold extremely quickly, the market hasn't fallen since, and recent sales in the building have actually been higher, with the comparable flats closest to mine selling for more than my neighbour's did. A higher flat valued below a lower one, six months on and in a stable market, simply doesn't add up.

Our only feedback would be that we were told repeatedly they would be able to give us guidance on costs for certain works to the house, which in fairness they did do over the phone. However, after telling us they would send this to us in writing (so we could provide evidence to the estate agent for renegotiation) they then ignored our emails and eventually refused to give us cost estimates in writing, which I understand is a liability thing but they should have just told us this from the beginning.read moreread lessBekah A5/11/2026
