We are on the lookout for a proactive Booking Coordinator to help manage survey and valuation appointments, ensuring every client interaction is smooth and convenient. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in an organisation and enjoy delivering excellent customer service.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

  • Scheduling and managing appointments for surveys and valuations.
  • Coordinating with clients, estate agents, and surveyors to confirm bookings.
  • Keeping our booking system up-to-date and running efficiently.
  • Handling client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assisting with various administrative duties related to bookings and report management.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some background in property or surveying (it is a bonus, not a must).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern booking systems.
