These standards ensure that property valuations are conducted with accuracy, transparency, and professional independence.
What Is a RICS Registered Valuer?
A RICS Registered Valuer is authorised to carry out valuations that comply with RICS Red Book standards. To achieve this status, valuers must:
- Hold recognised professional qualifications

- Follow strict professional and ethical standards
- Maintain continuing professional development
- Comply with RICS regulatory oversight
This accreditation ensures that valuations are consistent, transparent, and recognised by lenders, courts, accountants, and legal professionals.
What Our Clients Say

- I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I actually found them through ChatGPT while looking for a local surveyor, and I’m really glad I did.
The team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed and making everything straightforward. The survey report was detailed, and the follow-up call with the surveyor was especially worthwhile. They took the time to talk me through the findings, answer all of my questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I came away feeling much more informed and confident about the property.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable local surveyor.read moreread less

L Chalmers6/30/2026CSV did a prompt survey, which was thorough and highlighted many issues that I hadn't been aware of, they also included helpful information about the location and an overview. I then had a very useful conversation with the Surveyor, who was friendly, well-informed and helpful. CSV were excellent value, quickly answered my requests and helped me enormously in the daunting task of buying a property. I recommend them without reservation.read moreread less
Amanda Root6/25/2026 - From the outset, communication was really good with an initial call to talk through the process & follow up call to review the Level 3 Survey findings.
The report itself was thorough & the inclusion of drone photography was really helpful. The report gave us a good understanding of the properties condition.

Gareth Dennis-Jones6/20/2026This firm was recommended to me by a neighbour two floors below me, whose flat they had valued six months earlier. They then valued mine, a higher floor in the same building, at around £35,000 less than my neighbour's, citing "market conditions." Yet my neighbour's flat sold extremely quickly, the market hasn't fallen since, and recent sales in the building have actually been higher, with the comparable flats closest to mine selling for more than my neighbour's did. A higher flat valued below a lower one, six months on and in a stable market, simply doesn't add up.
Beyond the valuation itself, the report was littered with errors. Disappointed, and wouldn't recommend.read moreread less
A B6/12/2026 - Very detailed report. took the time to go through report over the phone, addressing our concerns and also reviewing quotes for repair work that the seller had already received to see if they matched the concerns in the report.
