Your Role:

• Inspect properties thoroughly and write clear, practical reports.
• Provide RICS-compliant valuations for Help to Buy, probate, matrimonial cases, and more.
• Advise clients on property defects, structural issues, and maintenance needs.
• Follow RICS guidelines and uphold professional standards in every project.

Who we are looking for:

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation.
• Experience in residential surveying and valuations.
• Strong attention to detail and clear report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client service.
