As a Trainee Surveyor, you will jump right into the heart of residential surveying and valuation, gaining hands-on experience while working towards your AssocRICS or MRICS accreditation. What You will Do:

• Assist in conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Learn to identify property defects, understand structural issues, and evaluate valuation factors.
• Support senior surveyors with research and everyday administrative tasks.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of RICS standards and industry best practices.
• Engage with clients and assist with survey-related inquiries.

What We are Looking For:

• Any related qualifications or experience in property are a bonus, though not required.
• A genuine passion for residential property and surveying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a knack for drafting concise reports.
