We are seeking a friendly and efficient Office Administrator to provide essential support to our surveying team and ensure our daily operations flow effortlessly. If you are highly organised and enjoy keeping everything in order, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing emails, phone calls, and client queries with a personal touch.
- Organising and maintaining office records, reports, and important documentation.
- Assisting in scheduling surveys and valuations.
- Helping surveyors prepare their reports and handle data entry tasks.
- Taking care of invoicing, payments, and general office duties.
What We are Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and spoken.
- A good handle on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team.
- Experience in administrative roles, especially in property or surveying, is a plus.
